Attending the Event
Nope. Everyone is welcome!
Absolutely! This is for moms-to-be, the new mom, and the experienced mom. Even if you’re not a mom and want to attend, we’d love to see you!
I get it, this is an event for moms…but sometimes moms need a break. I encourage you to attend the event without your kid(s), however, if this is not an option, then yes, of course, your baby or child is more than welcome to come. No one should feel like they cannot come because they have their child.
We have partnered with Childhood Connections who will be providing drop-in daycare at their location.

Okanagan Moms does not organize daycare on your behalf.
There will be many community resources available that are relevant for all caregivers. Most of the speakers’ topics focus on the health of women after they give birth, but there are some topics that anyone may find useful.
Some partners may be curious about the physical changes mothers go through, so this is an excellent opportunity to learn more to offer support.
The event is designed so that you drop-in at your convenience. If you are interested in staying the whole day, then you are more than welcome to but it is not necessary.
Yes. There will be complimentary tea and coffee, as well as wine and snacks for purchase.

Your ticket is a drop-in rate and includes access to everything the event offers.

- Listen to your preferred presenter(s)
- Hang out at the mom mingle where you can meet other moms
- Enjoy complimentary and for purchase drinks and food.
- Relax while experiencing the free massages and other self-care stations
- Did we mention there is a fun photobooth?
No, tickets are non-refundable.
Yes. We are partnering with two organizations to give away tickets to families that may not be able to afford them. Please reach out to Mamas for Mamas or Bridges Family Services. Details coming soon.
Please contact [email protected] and we will happily discuss this further. We want to make this event as inclusive as possible and understand that not everyone can afford the ticket price. You can also reach out to Mamas for Mamas or Bridges Family Services who have been gifted some free tickets.
Yes. Tickets are available for purchase at the door. However, they are cheaper if you purchase them online before the day of the event.
No. If you need to bring your child, all children under 12 are free.
